lib32gcc1-dbg software package provides GCC support library (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32gcc1-dbg
lib32gcc1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32gcc1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32gcc1-dbg *
You will get with lib32gcc1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
